Six loyalty tiers — each one unlocks even more exclusive benefits for you.
More than just a membership card — this is genuine recognition for players who stay loyal.
Honestly, many online casino platforms claim to have a VIP programme — but in reality, most are VIP in name only. You accumulate points, but redeeming them is a hassle. Cashback is minimal and comes with lengthy terms. VIP hosts are nearly impossible to reach. At MC888, we built this VIP Rewards programme with one clear purpose: to ensure every loyal player truly feels the difference — not just sees it on paper.
Points system MC888 is its transparency and simplicity. For every RM10 you wager on any game — whether slots, live baccarat, poker, jackpot, or Sports Betting — you automatically earn reward points with no separate sign-up required. These points accumulate to determine your VIP tier and can be exchanged for bonus credit at the conversion rate set for each tier.
One of the most valued aspects among VIP members MC888 is weekly cashback paid out, no questions asked. Unlike some platforms that impose complicated rollover requirements before cashback can be withdrawn, MC888 cashback for Platinum and above is credited directly to your cash balance every Monday — and can be withdrawn immediately with no rollover conditions attached. This is real money, not bonus credit with strings attached.
For players at the Elite tier and above, MC888 assigns you a personal VIP host who genuinely understands your needs. This host is reachable directly via WhatsApp or a dedicated line — not a slow ticketing system. They can assist you with account-related queries, manage tailored promotions based on your playing habits, and ensure every issue is resolved promptly. For active players who regularly wager large amounts, this is a significant added value.
Priority withdrawals are another VIP benefit that makes a real difference. Regular players may wait several hours for a withdrawal to be processed. Diamond VIP members MC888 enjoy processing within 15 minutes only — whether via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, or FPX Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. This gives you peace of mind, especially after a big win.
VIP Rewards Programme MC888 also celebrates the important milestones in your life. Every Gold member and above receives a special bonus gift on their birthday — automatically, with no claim required. Supreme and Diamond members also receive physical gifts delivered directly to their door for major celebrations such as Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Chinese New Year, and Deepavali. This is MC888's way of personally saying thank you to its most loyal players.
One thing many players may not realise is that upgrading your VIP tier at MC888 happens automatically. Once your cumulative deposits hit the next tier threshold, the system detects it and upgrades your account within 24 hours — with all new tier benefits taking effect immediately, no waiting required. VIP tier status is also maintained on a monthly basis according to recent activity, not just your total deposit amount over all time.
For Malaysian players who enjoy a wide variety of games, the VIP programme at MC888 offer exceptional flexibility. Reward points accumulate across all categories — spinning slots in the morning, playing live baccarat at night, and placing EPL football bets on the weekend — all contributing to the same points balance. This means active players who enjoy a variety of games can move up the tiers faster than those who stick to just one game type.
